PRODUCER BEAT LEASE AGREEMENT
(Non-Exclusive License)
This Producer Beat Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], by and between:

Producer agrees to lease the musical composition and sound recording entitled:

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Producer hereby grants Artist a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record vocals over the Beat and create one (1) new song (“Master Recording”) subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Producer retains 100% ownership of the Beat.

3. PERMITTED USES
Artist is permitted to:
• Release the song on all digital streaming platforms
• Sell the song digitally
• Perform the song live
• Use the song for promotional purposes

4. SALES & STREAMING LIMITS
This lease allows Artist up to:
• 50,000 total streams
• 5,000 digital downloads/sales
• 1 music video uploaded to YouTube or similar platforms
Any usage beyond these limits requires an upgrade or exclusive license from Producer.

5. TERM
This Agreement shall last for 2 years from the date of signing, unless upgraded or terminated earlier.

6. PAYMENT
Artist agrees to pay Producer a one-time lease fee of:
$100.88 USD
Payment is due before release of the song and is non-refundable.

7. ROYALTIES & PUBLISHING
• Producer retains 100% ownership of the underlying musical composition (the Beat).
• Publishing Split:
• Producer (Newkey2daworld): 50%
• Artist: 50%
• Producer is entitled to 50% of the writer’s share.

8. PRODUCER CREDIT
Artist must credit Producer as follows on all platforms:
“Produced by Newkey2daworld”
Failure to provide proper credit constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

9. EXCLUSIVITY
This is a non-exclusive agreement. Producer may lease or sell the Beat to other artists and may sell exclusive rights at any time.

10. PROHIBITED USES
Artist may NOT:
• Claim ownership of the Beat
• Resell, sublicense, or give away the Beat
• Use the Beat in TV, film, commercials, or major advertising without written permission
• Register the Beat with Content ID or PROs as sole owner

11. BREACH & TERMINATION
If Artist breaches this Agreement, the license is immediately revoked, and Artist must remove the song from all platforms.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
